| Goods relating to purchases from Prolex-UK
All returns must be agreed in advance with Prolex-UK. Please have your order number ready when calling. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee unless the returned merchandise is defective or was supplied in error. No return will be accepted after 10 days from the shipping date or if such merchandise has been altered or damaged in any way. Parts shipped in error will receive a full credit.

You, the consumer will be liable for the expenses incurred in returning the
goods.
A refund will be forwarded to you via the World Pay system.
Exceptions:
These regulations do not apply to the following:
* Goods that have been opened and are not in their original condition
* Goods that have been ordered specifically for the consumer on a "special
order"
