About Prolex-UK

Formed in April 2003 Prolex-UK is a small mainly internet based company originally specialising in the Lexus and Toyota family of cars. We now hold stock for all mainstream manufacturers such as Nissan,Mitsubishi,Subaru,Mazda,Suzuki,Ford,Vauxhall,Alfa Romeo,Volkswagen etc. We also provide some parts for Ferrari and Porsche !

We pride ourselves in our levels of service and attention to detail.

Unlike many of our competitors we do not just buy in stock to "sell on", a large part of our range is actually designed and made for Prolex-UK. The parts are tried and tested on our own cars as proof of our confidence in them.

We have a fully equipped workshop and can undertake normal servicing and fitment of aftermarket parts.

Returns Policy

At Prolex-UK want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why under our 30-day returns guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item (14 days for large items ). By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products except for digital items (eg: e-Books) where the item has been downloaded. We regret that this does not apply to special order items. This is where we have ordered the product in at your request. To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period email us at sales@prolex-uk.com, giving the reason for the return.Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us using recorded delivery. For larger items we can arrange collection, at your cost. Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
